合氣の道 研究会 合宿セミナー in 北海道 ＜丹田、呼吸、脱力＞

（内容1）合気道の体作り・基礎

螺旋、呼吸、イメージ、集中力と眼力トレーニング、金魚運動、素振り、四股（太い足首と骨盤作り）

（内容2）魄の世界〜技

丹田、強い中心作り、結び、肉体（筋肉）の操作

（内容3）魂の世界〜無の呼吸

脱力・螺旋・眼力・皮膚反射・呼吸（吸う息と吐く息）

「合気は自分にかける」「勝負の気持ちを捨てる」「吸う息で結ぶ、吐く息で導く（最終的にすべては呼吸）」を念頭に、技を通じて自己暗示力、遠心力と求心力、呼吸力、180度の回転、重力と引力を研究します。

(Key training elements)

1) Basic physical training

Spiral exercise, breathing, imagination, concentration and eye power, goldfish exercise, practice sword swings, leg raises & stomps for ankle and pelvis strength

2) Haku/techniques training

Tanden, strong body axis, connection, muscle usage

3) Kon training/tranquil breathing

Relaxation, spirals, eye power, skin reflex, breathing in/out

The training sessions will incorporate and practice self-suggestion, centrifugal and centripetal force, 180° turns, and gravity and attraction embedded in various techniques. 

We bear in mind that 'Aiki for our own selves'; Breathe in to connect with your training partner, breathe out to guide them; and 'Breathing is what matters most'.
